Change record · Meaningful revisions only

A review date changes only when the reference does.

This log records substantial changes to BWORM's public gameplay documentation. It does not refresh dates automatically and does not publish filler entries for search engines.

The official knowledge base opens.

The first release establishes seven crawlable English pages covering controls, early survival, ten enabled species, twelve active mutations, growth, boost and the reactive arena. Every page receives a unique title and description, a canonical URL, social metadata, breadcrumb data and direct internal navigation.

The documented gameplay snapshot is grounded in the same active project records used by the game. It includes four evolution milestones at 15, 45, 90 and 160 segments; three offered choices at each milestone; regular food values of three, four and five points; a default boost drain of 0.1 mass per second; and a 16,384 by 16,384-unit arena.

Editorial scope

This release explains existing systems. It does not announce unreleased species, future abilities, projected dates or features that exist only in planning documents.

Review policy

What qualifies as an update.

A page receives a new review date when a mechanic changes, a configured value changes, a species enters or leaves the enabled roster, an explanation is materially corrected, or new first-hand evidence makes the guide more useful. Typography changes and routine deployment timestamps do not qualify.

When a numerical rule changes, the relevant guide and this log should be updated together. The sitemap's modification date should then reflect that meaningful change rather than the date of every build.
